ES&H uses state-of-the-art equipment and its exclusive COMPTRAC system to assure tracking of all necessary issues related to UST compliance. The company offers remote polling capabilities and performs monitoring at the desired frequency to all contracted sites. Comprehensive polling services capture alarms and events at all contracted facilities. Response actions are carefully spelled out in accordance with client protocol requirements-from direct and follow-up communication to dispatch of contractors/subcontractors when necessary and immediate notification of all appropriate individuals in the chain of command. Reporting requirements are developed to meet individual customer needs and typically include update reports of the following events:

• facilities with alarm conditions and actions taken
• contractor dispatches with site and purchase order number per job
• separate listings of facilities which did and did not achieve passing tank and line testing results during current month
• appropriate record retention and archival in accordance with regulatory and client requirements
